Gift Guide for the Traveller
Here is some inspiration for that travel lover on your list…
- Travel Guides-Unless you know a dream destination of the recipient I find the DK Eyewitness Top 10 series is a great appetite wetter.
- Fiction and non-fiction books that inspire wanderlust. Try The Travel Book or 1000 Places To See Before You Die
- Bucket list style books-who doesn’t love a tick off list? Try Swept Away by Wanderlust or Make Your Own Bucketlist
- Packing essentials like empty travel bottles, clear bags and universal plugs.
- Gift cards towards more expensive items like suitcases and important items. But I find it best to avoid the classic gift set of passport holders etc as generally these have to be taken off for security checks-no one wants to deal with that stress!
- Good quality luggage tags however are a great gift! Try Not On The High Street for a unique gift.
- Technological items like backup memory cards or tech tidies
- Maps to travel with…
- Or maps for framing
- Photo printing credits or print some photos onto photo gifts such as canvases or even pillows/cushions.
- Adventure books for journaling, notepads and pens etc to help record all those travel plans and travel memories!
- Travel product sets from their favourite beauty brands
- Travel masks, alcohol gel, wipes are all necessary gifts for the modern traveller!
- Eye masks to get some shut eye on transport. (I have the perfect “beauty” hacks for airplanes which I will share and link in 2024-watch this space!)
- Travel mugs and other items are all great ideas for sustainability! Like reusable straws, cutlery and even ice cream holders!
- Or a travel voucher
Gift Guide for the Disney Fanatic
The perfect presents for the die hard Disney fan…
- A Disney voucher-for shopping online in the UK-or for Disney Plus
- A Disney Plus subscription. If you are a Tesco Clubcard holder check out their great voucher deals.
- Anything featuring their favourite character (all Disney fans have one…just don’t over do it!)
- Disney “Money” (whether its a gift card for Disney parks or a hand printed voucher saying they can spend X amount and you will IOU it)
- Currency, perfect if they have a Disney trip planned.
- Money towards a set experience. If they have a trip planned, check out the Disney sites for tours and experiences and create a voucher for money towards it or if you are feeling generous book it in advance with Disney.
- Packing essentials like clear wash bags, mini toiletries, luggage tags, cute face masks and alcohol gel.
- Disney pins
- An item of their collection ie a particular toy or figurine
- Seriously anything from Truffle Shuffle
- Or whilst you are it Very Neko, EMP, Geekcore…
- Disney board games, these can be very expensive so shopping around is needed but there are some fun options out there! We personally love the Villainous series!
- Or card games can make another fun but generally slightly more affordable present
- Try the Twisted Tales or Serena Valentino’s book series’s
- Mugs, cups and other household items always go down a treat whether from a Supermarket (try ASDA) or Shop Disney
- Or for themed beauty goods be sure to check out Mad Beauty products available online or in Superdrug stores etc
